We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Human Resources team in the Sioux Falls, S.D. office.
In this role you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing oversight of the records management program using proficient methods of document use, storage, organization, and protection. Additionally this role will provide assistance with various human resources functions, such as recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, reporting, and filing.
Records Management and Human Resources Analyst Experience:
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in business or related field and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
