We are hiring two field representative positions to provide excellent customer service to Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA) customers in the Upper Great Plains Region. Duties include representing WAPA in meetings with a variety of customer groups in the electric utility industry, traveling to meet with customers, serving as the key interface between customers and WAPA on activities relating to electric power systems, and coordinating with Maintenance and Contracts on power system changes or upgrades to be included in written contracts.
