CORE COMPETENCIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIESResponsible for all real property right transactions, as needed. Specific duties include managing customer encroachment and release of easement requests; department support for customer co-location requests and engineering easement requests; construction and maintenance damage settlements; and distribution and transmission obstruction and clearance issues. Other duties include assignments and projects pertaining to real property right transactions paying particular attention to detail while meeting project deadlines, following established Land Management Policies and Processes and the appropriate record retention schedules. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
