Manager of Enterprise Risk
The incumbent will report to the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.  The incumbent will be responsible for providing company-wide strategic and tactical leadership in enhancing the organization’s enterprise risk management framework including risk governance, risk monitoring and associated risk tolerances, risk measurement and modeling and risk strategy in alignment with the District’s risk appetite. The incumbent will work in close cooperation with functional leaders and the executive team across the organization to help drive growth of the ERM program, achievement of goals and development and maintenance of a balanced risk framework. The incumbent will be responsible for effective risk coordination, identification, communication and influencing mitigation
