Page Utility Enterprises (PUE) – City of Page, AZ, is seeking qualified applicants for Journeyman Lineman. This position is responsible for the construction & maintenance of OH & UG distribution lines. The successful candidate will have knowledge of working with energized equipment to 25 kV & maintaining 69 kV lines.
Candidate must demonstrate skill in pole & tower climbing, splicing wires, using hotline tools & working in aerial devices. Candidate must have the ability to interpret electrical plans & prints, to stand, use both hands, arms & legs, stoop, bend, & lift up to 100 pounds.
The ideal candidate must maintain effective working relationships with other employees, customers & the public. The position requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to work productively in a team atmosphere.
Working hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Position is open until filled. PUE is an EOE & drug-free workplace.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a four-year certified apprenticeship program, & proof of certification. Advanced training is desirable.
This position requires the ability to be on-call on a rotating basis, to work various hours, weekends, evenings. The candidate will be required to live within a 15-minute response radius of the principal place of work & respond to call-out on a 24-hour basis.
