This position completes analysis and reviews to support the District in operational and strategic matters related to energy marketing settlement activities in the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) and any other energy markets.  This position has primary responsibility for activities related to energy market settlements, including the establishment and maintenance of processes to ensure timely, effective, accurate reviews of market settlement and related transactions, and the timely filing and follow-through until resolution of any settlement disputes/billing issues.
