The essential function of the position is to perform electrical engineering and technical work for the City of Dover’s electric utility system. The selected candidate will work on transmission and distribution systems and substations as well as new service extensions, fuse coordination and renewable interconnections.  Job Responsibilities• Assist and/or prepare diagrams, tracings, and schematics for power transmission and   distribution systems• Prepare drawings of electric work to be performed or changes to be made to existing electrical gear•
