Salary: $91,411.00 to $151,055.00 annually
Midpoint: $121,233.00 annually

Starting pay is based on job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, internal alignment, and organizational needs. Most new hires are typically placed between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Position Summary
Under minimal supervision, this position leads complex organizational change events with medium to high priority and high impact. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that changes are implemented successfully, and in a manner consistent with the established Grant PUD Project Management and Organizational Change Management (OCM) programs.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensures changes are delivered and implemented successfully, and in a manner consistent with the established Grant PUD Project Management and Organizational Change Management (OCM) Programs.
- Prepares, facilitates, monitors, evaluates and documents change management impacts, strategy, plans, and activities aligning with the Prosci ADKAR model and the Utility’s OCM Program methodology.
- Ability to utilize project management skills and take the lead on managing a project or program from initiation to closing when the need arises following the established Grant PUD Project Management framework.
- Provide coaching and support to all levels of management, including executives, through changes with high levels of impact.
- Works on projects or initiatives with utility-wide impacts, and potential external stakeholder impacts.
- Works closely with External Affairs on customer-facing change events.
- Works on change events impacting multiple business units within the utility.
- Provides program development activities for organization initiatives and programs, alongside change management activities.
- Coaches and mentors Change Agent Network members and OCM teammates on Change Management practices and methods
- Creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimizes resistance.
- Partners with vendors, business owners, and the Learning & Development department to support training efforts.
- Informs employees about change initiatives by developing communication content such as newsletter bulletins, planning for various training events such as demonstrations and Q&As.
- Partners closely with Project Managers, Business Owners, and Project Sponsors to apply change management and project management processes and tools.
- This position may coordinate with technical experts or other project support staff as needed.
- Responsible to maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Works on special projects as assigned to advance the OCM roadmap.
- Stays current on Change Management best practices and methodology.
- Supports policies and procedures while ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and in line with the Utilities’ strategic goals.

- Demonstrated commitment to Grant PUD’s mission, vision, values, strategic plan, and Grant PUD/IBEW Local 77 Code of Excellence. The incumbent should be familiar with these organizational priorities and behave in a way that aligns with these expectations.
- Understand and adhere to compliance requirements for this position that may include laws, regulations, security guidelines, Grant PUD policies & procedures, as well as NERC/WECC.
- Actively participate in all aspects of our safety program, including but not limited to:
- Following all safety policies and procedures.
- Alerting supervisors and coworkers to unsafe or hazardous working conditions.
- Reporting any safety incidents or close calls within 24 hours to your supervisor; and
- Accepting feedback from supervisors and coworkers regarding your own safety performance.
- Actively support programs and actions that improve our Safety Culture by:
- Supporting the presence of safety in your department (e.g. include safety messages in business conversations; begin meetings as appropriate with a safety minute).
- Ensuring supervisors are monitoring the safety actions of their teams (such as completing safety training, reporting incidents timely, etc.).
- Being viewed as a safety champion by stopping work if necessary, promoting safety activities (Continuous improvement team processes, Safety & Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) activities, etc.).
- Acknowledging compliant safety behaviors and good safety performance from members of your team(s).
Required Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field OR 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 5 years of experience in change management, project coordination, project management, or similar field of work.
- Prosci Change Management certification
- Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) or Agile PM certification within 1 year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications):
- Hydroelectric utility (generation and electric distribution) experience.
- ACMP Change Practitioner (CCMP).
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of change management concepts; project management principles; corporate communications, public relations, organizational development, training and/or information/enterprise technology
principles; organizational policies and procedures; departmental business strategy. - Advanced skill in interpersonal communication; preparing project documents; organizing and presenting information, planning, and scheduling; working with different types of people, time management; paying close attention to and managing details; meeting facilitation; risk management identifying and developing plan for mitigating project risks; skill in operating a personal computer and general office equipment; utilizing MS office products, MS Project, Canva or other multimedia tools, and MS SharePoint; interviewing others and practicing active listening; preserving confidentiality when necessary.
- Ability to analyze data and develop and deliver recommendations; be highly organized; problem solve, influence and advocate for others; manage large-scale projects without close supervision.
